If you are getting to that 121k # by just adding up all the mortgage payments you’ve made, I strongly suggest you DO NOT look at what the principal amount left owing on your house. 😂😂😭

My mom bought a mobile home in 2001 for 8k. Granted, she put WORK into it. That same home is worth around 178k today and similar homes are being sold for 200k+

Home owner for 2 years my down payment of 75k was almost the price of my parents house when they bought it in 1988 the house they bought then was only 89k that’s mind blowing and the fact that they never finished paying it off after 34 years of living there is beyond comprehension 😅

My mortgage renewal is next year. I got my house for a hell of a deal in my small town back in 2022, and my mortgage payments right now are $704.40 I’m scared to have them go up with the current interest rates that seem to be climbing only.
