In usool-e-tafseer, the most authentic tafseer of Quran is tafseer-e-Quran bil Quran. Means, the meaning/interpretation of words of Qur'an already given in Qur'an in some other verses. secondly I would request humbly that when we try to explain Qur'an with science, one thing must be kept in mind, science is ever changing, it challenges itself and there are theories we believed for years and they were proven wrong by some other evidence of science. so, it's important to mention that this could be one of the underlying according to the reader of Qur'an but this is not the only/absolute interpretation of the words of Qur'an.
