I wish more Bumblebee iterations were like animated. I like that he’s kind of naïve and an asshole. I’ve never really liked him when they tried to make him cool and I hate when they try to make him a successor to Optimus

as much as I LOVE prime, I have to agree with you as the human characters really aren't that interesting. Yes, they have their moments like when Miko killed Hardshell, Jack blew up Arachnid's ship, and Raf helped Rachet create a virus to infect Lazerbeak. I think it boils down to them not getting enough time to really flesh out. If i remeber correctly, TF prime was supposed to have more seasons, but funding was cut so they had to end the series early. I feel like if they had more time, they could have fleshed out the human characters more, making them more interesting and more likable.

The Bayverse turned Bee into this cool action hero who can beat everyone. When in G1 he was constantly getting captured or reprogramed. At least in the first season. Like why are me using the guy who didn’t really fight that much instead of prowl, or Bluestreak, or Trailbreaker? Also in my opinion, the best humans in transformers are from Rescue Bots and Cybertron.

The human cast annoyed me in Energon but I feel that you're probably right in that they're good it's just that when I first watched the show it was as it was airing and the finale of Armada was such a high for me that the decisions for Energon annoyed me. I feel if I separated myself from my feelings on the final arc of Armada and the start of Energon and rewatched it I probably would be kinder to it.

high agree on how oversaturated bumblebee is, hes a fun comedic relief in some cases and can be interesting but id love more focus on lesser known bots. except animated bumblebee, that's my little guy and I will never get tired of him

I AGREE HEAVILY SOOO MUCH ON FOCUSING ON CYBERTRONIAN CULTURE. I just find it so interesting and honestly wish there was more—like I want to learn more about the languages and fashion cultures—the education to cultural standards. EVEN THINGS LIKE TRAFFIC LAWS. or even the other planets. LIKE VELOCITRON. I’d loveeeeee to learn more about it, the most I personally know is from the windblade comics and that they have moving cities—THATS SUCH A COOL THING??? And I mean I know we can make our own headcanons (I have many,,,) and such but it would be really relieving to learn at least SOMETHING new.

this is a real hot take I think it's more interesting when a villain like Megatron just dies believing his opinions rather than gets redemption honestly redemption ruined some of the best villains nine times out of 10 redemption makes a villain 10 times worse
