My mom is Gen X and my Grandma was a boomer. She struggled a lot to take care of her and I. She worked a job she was overqualified for, and really stressed herself out on. She will never say it, but I have to imagine it was a huge weight off her shoulder and relief when granny passed

What our governing bodies care about is money and power, not our wellbeing. This issue can be easily solved but it doesn’t affect white rich men so..thankfully I saw some adds about caretakers being paid to take care of their loved ones..
