I’m 4’11 I do Pilaties twice a week and I do walk quite a lot dose that still help? I used to work out 5 times a week in the gym and cardio 5 times a week and I felt like it made me very hungry and very tired and stressed and I was always bloated but when I started doing pilaties twice a week and walking I started to lose weight more faster and I’m not bloated anymore.
