saw another 'how to Hiyuki' vid. they did the same thing: quick tap Liberation first, then second rotation to stack more forged-thing before holding it

i dont think its bugged, i think its an intentional design, because jinhsi has a similar passive at S2 which gives her stacks out of combat and the out of combat means completely out of combat not swapped off, so i think its defo a intentional design

No it is actually bugged, I got s6 and on First Rotation she should have 3 stacks. On Holograms Reaktor Husk, dreamless and sigilum she only gets 1. compeletly out of Compat can’t be right either because the 3 stacks do work on hyvtia Hologramm

she's not bugged. off field =/= out of combat they're not the same thing. out of combat applies to the whole team. yes it's poor writing on kuro's part, but doesn't mean it's bugged. this is not the first time this stuff has happened.

the thing is her main damage source comes from stacking glacio chafe to trigger glacio bite so the second ultimate doesnt contribute that much even of you consumed 3 stacks. In the best circumstance, just use 1 stack at the first rotation and all 3 when the boss is under 50% hp

It has to be a bug, anyone who says the opposite is just wrong. Because if it is intended like so (even if it isn't), that would mean that Lucilla will allow her to get stacks somehow, and that would just be too restricted, not only for Hiyuki but also for Lucilla

any well built team should do 2-3 rotations on a boss. If you make it to the 3rd rotation, multiple stacks should be overkill. It's not bugged; it's intended that you only need to do a 3-stack ult once. The only places this is a problem is super buffed bosses like simulation challenges and end state matrix.
