@abundantbygrace: They say “you’re so lucky” like this life just landed in my lap. But what you didn’t see was me showing up exhausted… overstimulated… grieving two of the biggest losses of my life… And still choosing to show up anyway. I built this in the middle of chaos. In between snack requests, messes I was too tired to clean right away, and moments where I felt completely touched out. There were days I didn’t feel inspired. Days I questioned everything. Days I wanted to shut my phone off and just disappear for a while. But I didn’t. Because I knew I wanted more than just getting through the days. I wanted to build something that could hold me — and my family — in a different kind of life. So no… it’s not luck. It’s consistency when no one’s clapping. It’s choosing to keep going when your heart is heavy. It’s building something quietly, imperfectly, in the middle of real life. And if you’re in that season right now — tired, overwhelmed, wondering if you even have the capacity… I need you to know this: You don’t need perfect conditions. You just need a reason that matters enough to keep showing up. Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s slow. Even if it’s just a few minutes a day. That still counts. 🫶
