A little trick that I've learned: if you want to apply heat for cramps but can't for any reason, use handwarmers and put them in your waistband. Genuinely helps so much

every time I think im lucky for having mild period cramps I get hit with the worst menstrual migraine ever and I literally can't get out of bed because everything makes my head hurt

It depend on what state, for example Oregon you can still get abortion. Most states still allowing abortions, some have restrictions some up to nine months.

if you’ve seen a doctor abt it you can ask your work for fmla paperwork and have your doctor fill it out it basically says your job can’t fire you for absences related to your condition, i get 3 days excused absences for my period every month
