@mavereuer: one thing I love is efficiency (maybe it’s the german in me haha), so these are some things that have allowed for greater efficiency in my life/significant improvement in productivity… hopefully, it helps produce similar results for you as well ☺️
1) sleep; 2) exercise; 3) be careful what you consume via reading, social media etc.; 4) reduce decision fatigue by doing same routine everyday; and 5) track yourself to see what works.

Going back to the basics is so critical! What got me is the part about “being careful about what you consume.” We are in such a weird time right now that there is so much negativity. I’ve definitely learned that shifting what I’m looking at, reading, or focusing on has truly changed how I am able to show up mentally for everything else.

Yes I talk about this concept all the time. My favorite way to optimize my life is automate anything that can be! My bills is a big one, so I’m not always stressing about money. But I automate time for wellness too like my Doct appt, stretch appts, etc.
