The baratie is NOT about how everyone deserves food. In fact we are told pretty explicitly that Don Krieg and his men Do Not deserve food. The whole point of baratie is dedication to your dream and your craft. Sanji helps Krieg not because he believes everyone deserves food, but because he personally believes that it is HIS duty as a chef to feed anyone. In fact this is explicitly addressed in the arc. All the other cooks on baratie refuse to give krieg food, and sanji doesn’t tell them that they are embarrassments to chefhood because they won’t do it, he makes it explicitly clear that this is his personal choice and he doesn’t expect anyone to agree
