This will give you a stronger core but NOTHING can get rid of targeted belly fat except a calorie deficit and even then you have no control over which fat area will be reduced. You can add these exercises to your calorie deficit plan so when the fat shrinks you have a tighter core. That's All.

I actually love beginner workouts like this 😅 the “no equipment at home” ones feel way less intimidating when you’re trying to get back into movement. I remember feeling bloated, exhausted, low energy constantly and extreme workouts just made me want to quit. nothing I tried really worked long term and I felt stuck like that for so long. then someone in a womens group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I tried it… I finally started feeling more balanced, energized, and motivated again. my favourite one tbh
