What filament/settings are you using? Sometimes this kind of under extrusion is actually the hotend struggling to keep up with the requested flow rate at higher speeds.

t’s not printers problem, it’s user poor knowledge, change hotend to 0.2 to make narrow lines and Arachne walls

Calibrate TEMP>FLOW>PA(K factor)>FLOW again>RETRACTION (! in that order !), find options about gaps filling

Lower line width from .42 to .35-.38 on a .4 nozzle also use Arachne wall generator that will help fill in the corners. This is a start. There are other settings you can do but start with these.
