NASPI doesn't work like that. first you get a timeframe of half of how much time you have worked, you been working for 6 months? 3 months at maximum for NASPI, secondly it keeps getting lowered when time goes by, it starts at 75% of your salary and after 3 months it starts to be lower. lastly you have to actively search for a job during that period by subscribing to a work agency and you cannot refuse jobs

It’s not like that. You have to work at least 6 months to get 3 months of NASPI and it “accumulates” for 4 years max. With 4 years of working time you get 2 years of NASPI but there are companies that during your NASPI will search for you a job and you can say no for 3 times, then your NASPI gets revoked 😅

vabbe rispetto al passato quando le aziende licenziavano a manetta se prendi la Naspi è esclusivamente per motivi gravi,per qualsiasi azienda oggi conviene tenersi un impiegato fannullone o scomodo che licenziare,licenziare vuol dire pagare il triplo,e farsi cacciare puoi insspingere fino a un certo punto perche oggi molte aziende vincono per giusta causa

la NAPSI è proporzionata anche alle settimane di lavoro. Non è che se lavoro 6 mesi l'anno poi ho 1 anno e mezzo di NASPI 😅

Ma solo a me fa schifo andare in naspi? Ho perso un lavoro per una malattia, ora mi sono ripreso e posso lavorare, ma non ho mai richiesto la naspi, inizio il lavoro tra un mese e stop. A me tutte quelle cose, centro per l'impiego e tutti quei impegni inutili con i miei soldi, non mi sta bene.

Ottimo per chi prende stipendi relativamente bassi, ma il massimo della naspi è 1200 euro se non sbaglio, per chi prende 2500/3000 al mese è comunque una tragedia prendere la naspi 😂
