An older man had me crying at the grocery store a few months ago bc he said he was an “undercover grandpa” and gave me $20 to buy my toddler boys “something fun like candy or a book”. It was SO kind! I was 6 months pregnant at the time and started crying to him and gave him a hug

Me and a friend of mine just took our babies to a restaurant for the first time. They were both crying as we were leaving and an older man came up to my friend and said “that is music to my ears”😭 made me remember that what is hard now, I will wish for in my old age

When my daughter was about 7 weeks old, I was having a really hard day and went out for a walk. I sat on a bench to feed her and I was crying a little bit. A young girl, couldn’t have been more than 20 years old, came up to me and told me I’m a good mom, and I’m doing great, and that she would pray for me. and I just started to sob. She hugged me. I’m not religious but let her pray next to me. I’ll never forget her or that moment. 🥺

An old man stopped me and my baby to say “you’re going to have so much fun” 😭 it was such a nice thing to hear after all the warnings about how difficult it’ll be. An older lady also stopped me another day when I was running into the store holding my baby and just said “lucky you” 😭
