let me play devils advocate. maho can TECHNICALLY win. but it requires goku to use physical blows and not ki blast. this is because its stated by dabura in JJK modulo that Maho adapts easier to physical blows. this is what allowed him to adapt to the lightspeed kick after only being grazed by dabura running by. ALSO Mahoraga does adapt to both Stats AND Existences as Dabura outscaled Maho during the beginning of the fight but eventually had the gap closed later on. it also states that maho will eventually adapt to the person's mere existence

technically he is right, goku has never shown to be able to reduce someone ti atoms with a single punch and to kill mahoraga you need to destroy him completely, dabura reduced mahoraga to a centimeter of meat and mahoraga regenerated, so i think goku would win if he threw at mahoraga a big ki blast or a genkidama, but if he starts playing with him then goku is cooked
