Im sorry for your loss. I’m a 2 time attempt survivor. I lost my dad at 16 because of the flu. I understand your grief from a different perspective. As a survivor, trust me there is hope. It’s been almost 3 years without any ideation. I lived that way since I was 11-29. I’m 32 now. I never thought my life would change. I can happily say your life can change for the better. My story involves recovery/sobriety. Everyone has a different journey.

It’ll be 14 years in July. I was 14 when he decided to take his own life. I still don’t believe it sometimes.
