This is great news. Your analysis assumes the owner would sell at the same price to an employee but I imagine there’s probably a lower price that would be negotiated says post tax. The owner would still walk away with more money than from an external buyer. It is great that the employee/s can pay less to take ownership of the business than someone external 😁
