I feel like everyone uses the over the counter products instead of going to the dentist is because going back to the dentist is so expensive 😩

Mine fit perfectly well and have great suction. Until I try to eat. That the only reason I need paste. And sometimes the paste isn’t even enough… depending on what I’m eating

Can you make mine? I am over the glue. I am worried that when I get my permanent dentures they still won’t be right. I feel like the adhesive issue is being pushed to the side when I bring it up. I hope that mine will fit correctly when I am out of my temporary teeth.

So is cushion grip ok to use long term and rework until I get my permanents? Because I just had my reline done which is fits great as far as suction, but they used a bit too much material or I didn’t bite down hard enough to have the back of my palette less chunky.

My dentist told me after my hard reline that I would have to use glue on my tops forever, without even trying to fix their mistakes. What should I do?

I have a hard reline in my bottom bit it doesn’t stay in place. I work out of state from my home, can I go to any provider and get an adjustment?

it makes me so sad that everyone doesn't have access to a denturist who cares this much.

You say this but the denture never fits right and I am not paying for every other day for it to be fix. They never fit right, are too big, too thick, dont stay in, or always hurt. AND I'M NOT PAYING FOR IMPLANTS.

Even though the hard reline is slowly chipping away on the bottom, I rarely use adhesive anymore. I guess I just accepted there are things I won't be able to eat in their entirety again. 😅

thats a dentist problem because we all. ant afford to keep going back or switching to another dentist to get them to fit better. looks to me like dentist are not doing good on fits and patient education. not saying all but like you say a lot of people.

I have an underbite already, so it was hard to make the denture fit to make it look like I didn’t have an underbite. I had to end up filing them down myself so they wouldn’t hurt and have to use Dentach to keep a suction. And glue if I want to eat. Maybe I need a different dentist?

So in a nutshell just for myself - glue is ok until I get permanents? I'm on week 4 of temps, and every time I move my tongue, the bottoms pop out lol (tops are decent). I've just been afraid the glue would interfere with the healing or shaping of the bone? And real facial training etc starts when you get permanents, so that's not completely necessary right now? (I'm just really trying not to mess these up lol)
