I went to the doctor for the same reason and asked them about this and they gave me a big. No they said there are a lot of things hidden within these ingredients.

I have to add ice for it not to be sweet. The only thing I didn't like was that it does not dissolve completely. The kiwi strawberry is my least favorite.
