Do you know that the deep nostalgia you feel, the constant chest tightness you might interpret as possible heart issues, the tightness in your throat you might interpret as your throat closing, the inability to cry, these are all different expressions of grief. We grieve our childhood, it’s ok, everything will be ok. You must let yourselves feel these things and go through this process, it is scary to transition to anew phase of life, especially in the modern world where we no longer have containers for these transitions or elders to guide us.
