NSFAS doesn't pay on time thats why ... one has to accommodate students for 3 months before getting paid, in that 3 months, you have to buy them electricity, pay water pay for WiFi and cleaning services...owning a student accommodation is not easy... you end up in debt...They NSFAS eventually pays you have to repay all the debt and any loans made to keep the property functional. i

This is simple. Get NSFAS to pay straight to the municipality until the dept is covered. On that money, the municipality must deduct its monthly cost so that students are not affected.
