Good thing I settle with the bank. I request a re-structure of my credit cards due more than 40k. The bank give me two option: one time payment and monthly installment plan payable for 10months. I choose the one time payment because I got a huge discount which is great help. After i paying, I got my clearance letter. I swear to my selft no more credit cards 😂

My question is generally bank file a case to whom for example what will happen in case of default have 6 card from 7 bank total100 k limit . Card limit is 25 k , 15k , 10k etc. if the card holder is not here outside the uae then what kind of action bank can take . Still from last 10 years using the card very safely no payment issue but dont know what will happen in future . Please advice bank go court for how much minimum limit .. i mean they will go court for 25 k limit ?
