yes astral projection is fun but its terrifying at first when you feel your soul ripping from your body you explain it perfectly it starts from sleep paralysis if you allow it to happen and dont fight to break out of it you will go into a lucid dream or astral projection some call it remote viewing I've been astral projecting and lucid dreaming since a kid thats how I know the soul is real you can view everything in real time but no one notices you and yes when you travel to a heavenly realm you can an ultimate euphoria feeling of love peace and happiness its amazing

Lemme make it easier..the best way to do this is to sleep straight facing upwards and don’t panic when you start to drift away..If you panic, you wake up, when you remain calm, then you leave your body…I did it once and I can’t explain that feeling but I woke up sad, feeling heavy and scared because of what had happened

Crazy because when I was younger I used to talk to trees I used to see colors just by staring and I used to have sleep paralysis but I was scared to even get it bc I thought it meant demons were after me but now that I’m older I feel like my body would know what to do because mentally ik what to do
