Do your best with prenatals in first trimester. It’s not the end of the world to miss it if you are nauseous. Women have been pregnant for a long time before prenatals.

For prenatals i honestly cannot handle taking any, gummy or pill version and I couldn’t even handle them with my daughter. And I didn’t even take them the whole time due to only finding out a couple months before I had my daughter.

I can’t stomach my prenatal it makes me sicker and so far we are good though I feel horrible. My husband found a prenatal in a packet form we put in water and so far it’s been doing good but still isn’t the best 😭

You can lift weights the same way, as long as it’s comfortable and you were already doing so before pregnancy. Just gotta be more careful during first trimester. If you’re a weight lifter, you most likely know your limits and how to change your workout accordingly.
