Ok idk much about this case but so as not to become to biased in the trial I searched what the role of a chief of staff (specifically as it relates to home management), and she's responsible for hiring, training staff, setting expectations. Also functions essentially as HR for the company of the home... so grain of salt 🤷🏻‍♀️
