I think your message misses the unfortunate mark that sadly today many people coming out of college cannot get the experience or any entry level job position because of the job market so they have to end up going into a masters program just to simply get entry level experience and a salaried job that they should have been able to get just with their bachelors

Got a masters and had no idea what I wanted to do but the company I worked for at the time offered tuition reimbursement so I figured why not. So now I have a masters I do not use but at least it was free 🥲

So I hate to say it but in 2026, a bachelors is basically a high school diploma. The market is saturated and it’s a basic necessity for most professional/corporate opportunities with the bare minimum being an associate degree.
