The only reason anyone is stuck in a rank is 100% their own fault. The enemy team has the same chance of getting a troller just the same way your team has roughly the same chance of getting a smurf. Simple Logic

I am sorry girl, I understand your struggles I was stuck iron when I started for a very long time for the same reasons like you. Throwers, trolls, Smurfs and cheaters. I am sorry to say it doesn't get better I finally reached silver 3 this year and was one game away from gold, but riot doesn't want me to rank up cuz I get throwers , trolls almost all the time and sometimes the most obvious smurfs or cheaters. Not always sometimes it's just people stuck in silver when they are as good as plats or diamond players

I know this is an unfortunate case but you can hold your defuse button over spike, which means even if Omen stands up he can't take it from you

Look imma be honest, u gonna face a lot of that even when u rank up, so my advice genuinely just as the round ends forget everything and reset. Try to control ur feelings, just ignore the sabotages and reset next round.

just have aim routine, you will be silver or gold in few months, dont focus too much on your game, focus on your mechanic , take it easy on rank game dont think to much, its ok to lose a gun fight or even a match just gotta think how i can do better?

You could have easily defused, just stay on spike don't walk around it and spam 4 until you're defusing Your movement is not dynamic enough + i don't know if it's low sense or the way you hold your mouse but you're extremely slow

why'd you keep walking away feom the spike js walk onto it and hold your dwfuse key, like you couldn't get on the spike in time every time omen got off to reset the defuse time because you kept walking away from the spike and had to walk back to the spike qhen he got off
