Have you tried the EADEM sun screen stick? it’s a primer/ sunscreen and they market that you can reapply over makeup.

I'm confused what are we proving here? bc even if the puff absorbed half the sunscreen you applied, your scale still wouldn't have shown this, this ~half the gram move. It'd only show if the puff absorbed a gram (almost everything) 😭

It is more important that it protects the skin well (contains no alcohol or perfume) than that it is "cheap". Perhaps you could also try the Beauty of Joseon Sun Relief?!
