How is 3.5 Raise not acceptable… but the Superintendent can receive a yearly incentive from the state that’s waayyy more than 3.5 percent than the teacher salary!!!?? 🤔🤔🤔

North Carolina teacher here… We are in the same boat! North Carolina teachers are severely underpaid. Most if not all of us have second and even third jobs just to afford to survive.
