I did my first treatment with an A11 pen, I used the 36 count cartridge. No numbing cream so I could get the feel of the pen. But I had barely any irritation or redness at all so I’m just concerned maybe I didn’t get anything from it or do it correctly 🤷🏻♀️. I was going to use the 12 or 18 count for my next treatment. Does that sound about right, less irritation with the more needles?

I love using the 36 pins for my initial pass and then switching to an 18 pin one with stamping method for my “problem” areas with melasma, hyperpigmentation and scars. Thanks to you I’m becoming more and more confident with microneedling ❤️

I’ve been following your methods for a while now. I’ve done about 4 sessions with microneedle. M8s I used 24 and 18 I believe. The first round I did the beginner guide and definitely saw flushed face and healing pretty quick, as well as noticeable result for the first time but the next 3 I even upped the depth but have not seen much redness after (and I’m someone who gets it quick) I’ve tried upping the depth and using just a little more pressure rather then gliding. Should I switch to 12 cartridge or do more passes or higher depth? I’m specifically doing it for larger pores and deeper wrinkles (forehead and cheeks main areas of treatment)
