Kibbe height gets misunderstood a lot. Height itself doesn’t give you a type. What it does is affect whether vertical line becomes dominant in your overall look. Kibbe treats height asymmetrically. If you’re taller (around 5'7"+), you automatically have noticeable vertical. At that point, your type has to accommodate that elongation. But if you’re shorter, there’s no automatic vertical, so you’re not restricted in the same way. You could still be balanced, wide, curvy, compact...whatever your actual structure shows. So being petite doesn’t lock you into anything. It just means vertical isn’t the dominant feature by default. That’s really the whole idea. Height doesn’t assign your type... it only starts limiting options once vertical becomes unavoidable.
