It’s coming to the point where I wanna save enough money now to leave America and make it last somewhere else. I literally see no point of getting a house here. You’re never gonna own it. You’ll never have it paid off, And what do you do if you lose the job that helped you get approved for that mortgage? Now your in debt like crazy

Stanford just released a study on AI hiring tools. 90% of companies are using AI to screen applicants before a human ever sees them. And they’re using the same vendor for these tools. So let’s say you apply to a job and the company sends your resume to a third party AI tool. That platform will give you a score and send that score back to the employer, but that score doesn’t get regenerated or disappear with every application that score could stay for 330 days.

Shoutout to everyone surviving on zero connections and even less hope. It's easy to say "just get a job" when the path was paved for you by family and friends. But when you've been in the trenches since 19, that "path" feels like a myth. Watching everyone else cash checks and live the dream while your account sits at $0 is a different kind of mental toll. To be overlooked, broke, and stuck in an endless application loop takes a strength most people couldn't handle. I'm 21. I'm angry, I'm depressed, and I'm definitely unemployed. Most days, I'm close to giving up if ykyk-but I haven't yet. And don't tell me to "have faith" or "be grateful." Those are just things people say when they aren't the ones playing life on Hard Mode. This is the raw truth. If you're feeling this too, you aren't alone
