@reddotrewindsg: Those were the days when these MRT Trains used to bear exterior advertisements on their exterior body which we find it colourful and entertaining to see when they are travelling on elevated tracks. Also because Half Height Platform Screen Doors were not installed on elevated stations those days, which passengers can see these advertisements more clearly at the platform. Not only outside but inside also. I remember the glasses covered with posters. For the glasses covered with posters, if I ever get the train with ads, I will automatically go to the corner seats (the one where it has only two seats) so that I can have privacy and people will not stare at me. My heart breaks when they stop putting posters.
