@bakeandbehold: Fudgy chocolate brownies Semi-sweet chilli chips– 200g (1 cup) Unsalted butter – 110g (1/2 cup) Eggs – 3 Powdered sugar – 170g (about 1 1/3 cups) Brown sugar – 50g (1/4 cup) All-purpose flour – 65g (1/2 cup) Cocoa powder – 25g (1/4 cup) Salt – 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract – 1 tsp Instructions- Brown the butter until deep golden and nutty. Add cocoa powder to the hot butter and bloom it. Immediately add semi-sweet chocolate and melt until smooth. (Add 2 tbsp water and microwave for 40 seconds to melt the chocolate fully) In another bowl, whisk eggs + powdered sugar + brown sugar until glossy and slightly thick. (You can use electric hand mixer for this step, much easier and quicker) (Microwave the chocolate mixture for another 30 seconds if it’s hardening) Mix the warm chocolate mixture and sugar mixture together until well combined Fold in flour + salt The final mixture should be runny to ensure that crinkle top on the brownies. Pour into pan and bake at 350°F for 25–30 mins.
