@mtspringhomestead: Week 4 Meat Chicken Update | Moving Them to Grass Today our meat chickens officially moved from the brooder out onto pasture. At four weeks old they’re fully feathered, growing fast, and ready for fresh grass, bugs, and more space. We use Joel Salatin style chicken tractor and move them daily so they always have a fresh patch to forage on. This is one of the biggest milestones in our grow-out process and a huge step toward raising healthy birds here on our homestead. #MeatChickens #PastureRaised #HomesteadLife #ChickenTractor #JoelSalatin
