My problem with premade tostada shells is that we only use 6 per meal. By the time I use them again they are stale or rancid.

Those aren’t gluten free but I did find the store brand that was and was cheaper and my kids loved them this was a great idea for us thank you so much 🥰 your right these tips help !!

Benjamin, you are so right on about these. I live alone, I don’t eat a lot, and counting the broken ones went by the time I get home and the fact that they go stale before I could even finish them. I would much rather fry like you just did the corn tortillas and have them fresh when I want them. The rest of the corn tortillas are keeping in the freezer. I love your content and I’m so happy I follow you. I’ve learned a lot just from your content.

We cut them up before frying and make homemade Tortilla chips! so much better than store bought and we control the salt content!
