How about walking with a weighted vest. I have been walking for about three years now 3 miles a day, and my body got really used to it, so I just added a weighted 12 pound vest to my walks.

The best exercise for overall health and weight management, mental health is walking period. Just walk. You also do not need to fast to do it, though fasting is also beneficial. Also, diet is more important than anything. I don’t care how much you walk, if you have a bad diet you’ll never ever ever have a flat stomach. So…eat healthy, drink your water, walk, and fast.
