I think what you consider to be evil tends to be our survival mechanisms but it is a self obsessed habit that guarantees your own survival. that is why I believe evil people might sometimes have it better then good people. because that's what they value, their own well being first. not that there is something wrong with self worth but when you begin to start tending to the needs of others and not being so dependent on those survival mechanisms you suffer and I believe that that is part of goodness. the willingness to suffer instead of being occupied with your own well being. and in the end I think a humble so called good person feels a lot more content then an evil person. they always crave more and more
