I think you alot or comments forget trauma and grief blinds you. especially when yours raised that eywa will provide and she protects. even if eywa is following the balance, all rational leaves when met with grief. and varang was never allowed to grieve. she stepped up and became a leader for her people so they could survive. alot of people loose faith when terrible things happen and their prayers go unanswered. we need to stop acting like she is an idiot. she knows eywa exists and is real she just rejects her.
