It's true, but there is grief, and I'll explain to you where this grief comes from, because I've been involved in this field of healing and consciousness change for 30 years. There are things that are embedded in our survival nervous system until we do a thorough cleaning and move to a new track where you can act as you indicate, it won't work, and that's what I do in therapy. It frees us from the old, creaky track that creates the contradictions and all the chaos. And when you're already traveling on the new track, you can start doing these exercises and see how it affects reality. I speak from my own experience and that of the people I mentor.
