3 reasons why... 1.how do you spool your line... don't let the line coil from the spool when filling your spool let the line spool roll. 2. your line roller on your reel is corroded and doesn't roll . 3.overfilling your spool. check those...... problem solved

multiplier reel understandable gettin a birds nest..but spinning reel💔☠️you never put your line on the spool thight enough ,and you may have over filled the spool
