It's either that nobody actually wants what you're selling which means the product market fit was wrong from the start, or you've been too distracted, too unfocused, and too comfortable doing what you prefer instead of what actually moves the business forward. The shiny object syndrome is real. The constant pivoting is real. Working on things that feel productive but don't drive revenue, that's real too. And none of it is going to change until you get honest about what your actual end goal is and start building backwards from there. Some people want scale. Some want freedom. Some want work-life balance eventually. All of those are valid. But if you never define it clearly and design the business around it intentionally, you'll spend years grinding in a direction that was never going to get you there anyway. A million dollars is not some unreachable number. It's a modeling and execution problem.
