facts 😂 found out my nurses were getting bonus for picking up shifts but us cnas weren't. so we went on strike and management had to pick up spots as a CNA and they couldn't handle it so guess what bonuses now for cnas also 😂

As a charge nurse, I ask once if they have the time or want to stay extra. And then I move on. If I have to stay like I did this whole entire weekend then I have to stay. But I will say my normal staff is wonderful and shows up to work. It’s the ones that are agency or per diem that ruined it for everyone.
