All you MSG haters are missing out. It gets a bad reputation due to a misinformation campaign. My husband was convicted it made him sick but when I use it in cooking he’s never sick. If you treat it like salt you will be fine - too much can make you dehydrated and get headaches. Parmesan cheese, tomatoes and walnuts all have MSG and most people eat them just fine.
