Just write down your main idea and 3 key points you want to talk about and that's it. 2: Refine your outline with AI. I personally use Blort AI to brainstorm and polish my idea and make sure they flow naturally and sounded exactly like me. 3: When filming your video don't try to nail everything in one take. Record one sentence at a time, then edit out the pauses later. This removes all the pressure when filming. 4: Practice- Record yourself daily. Your first video won't be perfect, and that's totally normal. It takes time to build confidence on camera, but these steps will help you achieve it faster.
