@rebeccaadamss: Please do not comment suggestions!! This is to make my acne girls feel less alone. I’ve been very lucky to have had reasonably clear skin for a few months. Just one late period does THIS to my skin. This is hormonal acne. No topical treatment, specialised facial or skincare will fix this. I just have to eat clean, regulate my nervous system, and pray it goes away fast (spoiler alert, it never does). Unfortunately my acne isn’t preventable, just manageable. And while I know how to manage it, it doesn’t take away from the heartache and sadness it brings while it’s here.
