Ingredients & Steps 👇🏾 Ingredients • 500g sirloin, sliced against the grain • 1½ tsp baking soda • ½ cup water • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp black pepper • ½ tsp chilli flakes • 2 tbsp tapioca starch (or cornstarch) • 1 tbsp sesame oil (or any neutral oil) Steps 1. Slice sirloin against the grain 2. Massage in baking soda and half a cup of water 3. Rest for 30 minutes 4. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry 5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, chilli flakes, tapioca starch, and sesame oil — mix well 6. Rest for 20 minutes so the flavours fully absorb 7. Stir fry on high heat until cooked through
