sounds exactly what happened to me..but on seen they said i wasn't being arrested. but they lied took me to scottsdale jail. never booked me...left me in a cell for about 5mins. let me go with no paper saying I was there..plus the took everything I owned plus my dogs things. I kept calling to get my things back and they said the car I was in was already given back to the owners...funny how the owners were dead. Also I called to get my ss papers with all my personal info they said once again they dont have anything, but the next day the head officer calls and says we found your papers. oh really!! how did that happen? and so I said I was going to report them due to me not being charged and they said they were going to give my things back on seen..liars!!! well when I went to get a report done the head officer decided to take the call and preceded to say this. ( Deborah, we're you setting in the driver's seat? ( I was just setting it wasn't my car. we were hanging at a park) he said I quote. ( since you were setting in the driver's seat, if I was you Deborah I wouldn't take a report cause I can get you for grand thieft auto. ) and whats even funnier the judge when my husband went to court for being in jail for 1 day...the judge looked at the report and I quote. ( Is this a joke.) and dismissed it all...so why havent they returned my things..cause cops are thieves..and corrupt specially in Arizona. The only cops I respect in arizona is Tempe. shout out to tempe you guys do it right...but anyone have suggestions..it happened a year ago. I ordered a police report, several times. they never sent one. is there anything I can do a year later.

she should have sued the cop individually to teach them a damn lesson. Now taxpayer's have to pay the fine so the cops don't care and got off easy.
