In situations, an emergency, what we're trying to get someone to a hospital. You're supposed to downline 11? Tell them I'm going bringing the person to the hospital. So they can inform the law enforcement around the area to watch out for you and come assessed. And possibly have an ambulance meets, you halfway, that would be the proper way to do it

i think this was in Arkansas. Arkansas state police are terrible at their jobs, they have a lot of negative social presence
