I ma finishing denal school next year. Chewing a lot of gum will male your jaw visually bigger but not much. Matt Rife got implant 100% no question. Bonę smashing doesnt work. It is true that IF you put enough pressure your bone will grow, we do it with orthdonthic appliances but you wear it 24/7 for few years. Smashing yourself with hammer wont do anything.
